Do we need to replace all our existing courses?
No. We can improve, translate or support selected modules while planning any new framework around future priorities.
Which platform do you recommend?
For a growing catalogue needing a tailored experience, we recommend assessing a reusable HTML framework. Rise suits straightforward content-led production, and Storyline suits detailed interactions.
Is HTML automatically cheaper?
No. It requires upfront setup and maintenance. Reuse can reduce repeat production effort under the stated assumptions.
What is Rise+?
Rise+ is Rise enhanced with scoped inserts, custom HTML, audio, notes and extra functionality. Compatibility and licences are confirmed for each job; it is not an official Articulate product.
Can you support French-speaking teams in West Africa?
Yes. We propose a country and audience brief, agreed technical glossary, qualified language review and Metcelerate SME validation.
Will it work in our LMS?
We confirm the LMS and reporting needs, then test launch, resume, score and completion in the agreed SCORM version.
Do we get the source files?
The proposal is to hand over agreed editable sources and documentation, with ownership, reuse and third-party licences documented in the final agreement.
How long will the first pilot take?
Indicative timing depends on complexity and source readiness: Rise around 4 weeks, Storyline 5, Custom HTML 6 and Premium Custom 8. Graphics may take 1–2 weeks. Every schedule is custom quoted.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
A 24/7 staffed service is not included. Support availability and response expectations are agreed with the chosen scope.
Can you turn our PowerPoint into a course?
Yes. We review the source slides, agree what should become a screen, then design and develop an appropriate learning experience. One approved screen can be estimated as roughly one learning minute, but complexity is checked first.
Where can we start with a Rise conversion?

What do standard production figures cover?

Who signs off technical accuracy?
Metcelerate subject-matter experts review technical terminology, process diagrams and operational content before release. Buddy manages the agreed design and production checks.
Can we update a course later?
Yes. We agree editable sources, ownership, handover and any authoring licences or maintenance process in the final scope. Updates can be planned as a separate task or through an agreed hour bank.
How are feedback and changes managed?
We plan consolidated review points and an approval owner. New content or changes outside the approved scope are estimated and agreed before work continues.
Can you deliver graphics without a full course?
Yes. A graphics and diagrams brief can stand alone. An illustrative timeline is one to two weeks after the brief and source materials are ready, subject to complexity and reviews.
